Hi, I’m Talisa Burke
I bring 1.5 years of direct clinical experience using evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate life’s stressors and achieve their personal goals. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, Anger Management, Attachment Therapy for healing early relational wounds, Gestalt Therapy with its focus on the present moment, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to challenge irrational beliefs. I often take an integrative approach, tailoring our work together based on what fits you best.
My background includes working in community-based settings, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from many walks of life and diverse backgrounds.
